Level Best Concrete Flooring has been repairing and refurbishing this warehouse in Stamford, Lincolnshire to allow the unit to be re-let to a new tenant. The warehouse was a former vehicle maintenance unit and had numerous different sizes of inspection pits, racking and may other fixings. Level Best infilled the old pits with new powerfloated concrete to blend into the remaining sections of the floor slab to allow smooth transitions for any fork lift trucks etc. The racking bolts were removed from the floor by the use of core drilling out the bolts and filling with an extremely tough and durable resin compound, left perfectly smooth with the rest of the concrete floor. The perimeter and internal floor joints were raked out and re-sealed with a two part polysulphide joint sealant. Upon completion of the structural repairs Level Best then completed the works with a final floor polish to clean, seal and shine the floor to improve the value of the building and offer the new tenant a beautiful surface to operate from.
