Level Best Concrete Flooring has recently completed the installation of a new cast instu industrial concrete floor slab on behalf of 4 Cladding Services in Gilberdyke near Brough, East Yorkshire. The concrete floor design required 2 layers of A252 steel fabric mesh and a 200mm deep concrete floor with a C35 readymixed concrete supplied by nearby Breedon Concrete plant. Access was restricted to the working platform due to the nearby railway track and hence the concrete was placed utilising a mobile concrete ump supplied by Camfaud. The complete concrete floor area was laid, levelled and powerfloated in just one day by the experienced Level Best concreting and powerfloating teams. On completion of the concrete floor process, sawn induced joints were installed at centres designed by the “in house” design team at Level Best Concrete Flooring.
