Usually, for jobs of this nature, the concrete flooring contractor would utilise the Ligchine laser screed and concrete levelling machine, but the client wanted to future proof the speculative industrial unit and so a light 25mm insulation board was placed beneath the polythene membrane and concrete floor.
Once the concrete slab had been powerfloated and polished the Sika curing agent was uniformly applied and creates a beautifully dust free environment for the client and or end user.
