Level Best Concrete Flooring has recently completed the installation of a new ground floor warehouse concrete floor slab with office mezzanine concrete floor slabs above. The entire project including the initial setting up of insulation, mesh, ancillary bars, and polythene with deep perimeter shuttering took 2 days prior to the casting of the concrete floor slabs. The 2,200m2 of cast insitu internal concrete flooring was then installed utilising a mobile concrete pump and hand laying methods over 2 consecutive slab pouring days. The last day of the concrete flooring contractors programme was to carry out the saw cutting of the induced joints including installation of Sawcut Seal joint sealant and tidying up of the site.
