Level Best Concrete Flooring from Goole has completed the construction of a new warehouse concrete floor slab in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The warehouse concrete floor was laid using the industrial concrete flooring contractors Somero laser screed concrete floor levelling machine. The laser screed comfortably achieved the flatness tolerance required of FM3 as per the Concrete Societies TR34 4th edition, in conjunction with the concrete floor laying team.
Due to extremely tight construction programmes Level Best were afforded a two day window to install 4 layers of steel fabric mesh, column surrounds detail, steel construction joint installation and doorway shuttering with one further Day to cast the entire slab area. This was a tough ask for the concrete floor contracting team, but was achieved to the highest of standards on behalf of the client. Level Best look forward to working with the contractor again in another concrete flooring project in West Yorkshire later on in the year.
