Level Best Concrete Flooring Ltd, the Yorkshire based industrial concrete flooring specialist, have completed another concrete floor slab in a new warehouse in Stratford, London.
Level Best Concrete Flooring, working closely with their design engineer, constantly liaised with the Principle Contractor and Client to ensure that their specification and expectation were met during the design of the industrial concrete floor slab.
With the design finalised and the client happy, Level Best installed the industrial concrete floor slab with steel fabric mesh on a “just in time” basis – placing the gas membrane, heavy duty spacers and A193 mesh just before the concrete was directly discharged from the concrete wagon – utilising the Ligchine laser screed levelling and compacting machine in conjunction with the power floating process, working towards a flatness tolerance of FM2 as per TR34 2013 4th edition.
