The concrete floor slab comprised of 2 layers of A193 steel fabric mesh, Isedio armoured construction joints, C35 concrete supplied by three of Hanson Premix concrete plants, Sika curing agent and the saw cuts sealed with Sawcut Seal joint sealant.
The floor was constructed via a mobile concrete pump, the concrete flooring contractors Somero laser screed, Wacker Neusson powerfloats and the industrial concrete flooring contractors skilled workforce. The Level Best team pumped 180m3 of concrete in just one day with 3 days for initial preparation and one day to install the sawn joints. The end result looked great and another client left with a quality warehouse concrete floor slab.
