Level Best Concrete Flooring, working on behalf of a new client from the Midlands, have completed the installation of two new concrete floor slabs at Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, Near Newcastle, North-East England.
The concrete floor slabs comprised of two layers of steel fabric reinforcing mesh, ready-mixed concrete from Cemex’s local Newcastle batching plant, a solvent-based curing agent, saw-cut induced contraction joints and saw-cut sealant.
Level Best are always happy to meet their clients programme requirements, and this job was no different, with Level Best carrying out the pours on two separate visits to site as per the client’s request due to initial programming requirements and progress onsite.
The client’s Site Manger stated that the job carried out by Level Best’s Concreting Team was “the best he had seen in many a year” and they have already placed another order with Level Best for the installation of a new concrete floor slab for an adjacent unit.
