Level Best Concrete Flooring has completed the Laser controlled sub base levelling of both internal and external concrete floor slabs on this 14,000m2 project in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The imported type 1 material was laid of depths up to 80mm in one pass by the laser controlled Bobcat machine.
Internally the laser stone levelling machine can easily lay hardcore in areas with low headroom such as under mezzanine decks for office slabs.
The laser controlled stone trimming machine can carry out areas of up to 2,500m2 per day which enables Level Best to work extremely quickly and cost effectively for clients. External concrete slabs with dual falls can also be laser levelled using the Bobcat machine, although they are a little slower to execute.
The Level Best sub base levelling team went into to lay and compact 16,000m2 in Basildon after this project over 7 working days.
