This existing 370,000 square foot warehouse located in Kettering, Northamptonshire is going to have the floor completely renovated and refurbished by Level Best Concrete Flooring over the next few months. Level Best are extremely pleased to have been awarded this prestigious warehouse refurbishment project by another repeat client.
The floor repair and renovation scope of works includes cleaning, polishing and sealing the entire floor area, replacing the construction floor joints, sealing the sawn contraction joints, repairing floor cracks, coring racking bolts and removing line marking and resin floor coatings. The Level Best Concrete Flooring Floor Renovation System team commence on site with immediate effect in order to complete the works in the 4 month timescale required.
