Level Best Concrete Flooring the industrial concrete flooring contractors from Yorkshire has completed te design and installation of a new warehouse concrete floor slab, located on an industrial estate in Banbury, Oxfordshire. All floor joints, floor slab depth, reinforcement type and concrete strength was designed and controlled by the industrial concrete contractor. The cast insitu warehouse concrete floor was installed using one of Level Best’s Somero laser screed floor laying machines to the flatness tolerance of FM2 as per Technical Report 34, 2013 edition. The flatness tolerance of the floor was also controlled and closely monitored under the supervision of the skilled and trained workforce of the Level Best team. Once the powerfloating of this warehouse floor in Banbury was complete and a fully polished concrete floor was achieved the warehouse was sprayed with a floor sealer and curing membrane using a mechanised floor sealer spraying machines. The sawn induced controlled joints were then installed and subsequently sealed using the unique Saw-Cut Seal joint sealant solution, which immediately seals and protects the floor joints under heavy trafficking without the requirement for any curing or drying time.
