This warehouse concrete floor repair, renovation and polishing project at Prologis Park, Heathrow is currently flying along nicely and is on schedule for the agreed completion dates. Level Best Concrete Flooring are currently excavating the damaged external concrete yards and replacing them with new concrete reinstated concrete floors to exacting standards. The total area of 600m2 of external concrete floor has been cut out by use of full depth floor saws and is being crushed and recycled to re-use as a hardcore sub base to the underside of the new concrete floors at this Heathrow industrial unit. Damaged drainage channels are also being repaired by Level Best Concrete Flooring skilled operatives, used to providing clients with their versatile skillsets within the concrete flooring industry. The internal warehouse floor is shorty about to receive the full renovation system provided to industrial warehousing clients that Level best can offer. The floor joints will be repaired using the Heavy Duty Joint floor repair system along with subsequent joint sealant upon completion. The warehouse floor will receive an initial floor clean, followed by the rigorous floor refurbishment process which will result in the floor looking exceptionally clean and sealed with a completely dust proof and durable surface finish. Dock leveller slabs are also to have the floor cracking repaired and steel angles replaced to provide long term protection for the warehouse floors.
