The concrete floor removal and replacement teams at Level Best Concrete Flooring are currently running two projects at the same time with one at Hayes, near Heathrow and one at Daventry Rail Freight Terminal in Northamptonshire. As you can see from the photographs Level Best are using two different methods to break out the damaged concrete floors. The concrete replacement project at Prologis Park Hayes is being saw cut into sections and lifted from site as not to disrupt the sub base material and minimise waste. The concrete floor removal project at Daventry is being broken out using a large concrete breaker as the concrete is approximately 600mm deep and made up of steel reinforcement and steel fibres. The concrete is then being crushed on site to form the structural sub base material and save time, waste and money and promote the green and environmentally caring image created by the industrial concrete flooring contractors. The floors are being re – designed at Daventry to withstand the extremely high load from the arge reacj stacking vehicles which lift 40 tonne containers at a time, onto the trains. Please keep viewing our website to see the updates on these fast track concrete floor removal and replacement projects. If you have a damaged concrete floor of your own you would like one of the Level Best Concrete Flooring estimators to look at for you, please feel free to contact us on 01405 819199 or e mail enquiries@levelbestconcreteflooring.co.uk
