Level Best Concrete Flooring, the laser screed industrial concrete flooring specialist, has recently carried out the design and construction of two speculative industrial units in Witham, Essex on behalf of Leicestershire-based national industrial unit developer Tungsten Properties.
Level Best carried out an all-encompassing service for a repeat London-based contractor, commencing with the laser-guided final regulating trimming of the final layer of subbase. The in-house subbase trimming provided a stable platform for subsequent gas membrane, steel armoured joint and slab installations.
Level Best then installed a 175mm thick steel reinforced slab to FM2 surface tolerance as per Tungsten’s base build specification for this speculative multi-unit industrial development in Witham, Essex. The slab was given a full powerfloat finish with sawn induced joints installed on a regular grid. Sawn joints were then sealed with Level Best’s instant saw cut sealant system.
