This new warehouse in Sleaford, North Lincolnshire required an industrial concrete floor slab and who better to chose to install the floor, than Level Best Concrete Flooring. This is the third time that Level Best has installed floors on this particular site for the client adn hopefully there I’ll be many more as the haulage and distribution company in Sleaford continue to expand.
The floor slab design required 2 layers of steel fabric mesh to be installed along with concrete to a depth of 200mm. Level Best adopted the method of pre set mesh installed for the bottom layer and top mesh installed as the pour progressed in conjunction with mobile pump and laser screed concrete flooring machine. As per previous phases the floor was installed to the tolerance of FM2 as per TR34 and joints were cut and sealed with the famous Instant Seal joint sealant.
