This new warehouse concrete floor slab in Sleaford, Lincolnshire required a high quality Powerfloated and polished concrete floor slab. Level Best Concrete Flooring was contracted to install the warehouse concrete floor to the flatness tolerance of FM2 as per TR34 latest edition. Once the laser controlled sub base levelling machine had completed the stone preparation the concreting team followed through with the 175mm deep mesh reinforced floor slab.
Level Best selected the Ligchine laser screed to install the high tolerance powerfloated concrete floor in Lincolnshire with the Somero S940 laser screed as an emergency back up concrete flooring machine. On completion of the floor joint installation the joints were sealed using the Instant Seal joint sealant.
