Level Best Concrete Flooring have completed all floor slab preparation works in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham for a self-storage extension facility on behalf of a repeat Yorkshire-based client.
All slab design, gas membrane installation and validation, steel fabric mesh reinforcement, galvanised armoured insitu steel joint preparation and column isolation detailing was pre-set all in-house by Level Best Concrete Flooring in Country Durham.
Concreting works will be taking place in Stockton-on-Tees in the coming days utilising laser screed and concrete pumping techniques, all in accordance with the TR34 guidance documentation and slab design recommendations.
