Level Best Concrete Flooring, a Yorkshire-based concrete flooring specialist, are due to commence a new construction project on Teesside Industrial Estate located in between County Durham and North Yorkshire for a repeat Newcastle-based contractor.
The project will involve the construction of three industrial concrete floor slabs as part of a medium-sized mixed-used light industrial and retail speculative development, bringing much needed industrial, commercial and retail space to Teesside Industrial Estate and the wider Country Durham areas.
Level Best will be demonstrating the specialist large bay construction laser screed installation methods and full powerfloat finishing including curing and sealing agent application on this new project in the North-East.
