A new industrial concrete flooring project has been secured by Level Best Concrete Flooring in Somerset due to commence onsite in June 2023.
Due to the warehousing fit-out racking requirements and height, the slabs in Shepton Mallett Somerset are required to be cast to FM2 as defined in The Concrete Society’s TR34 guidance document. Hence the requirement for Yorkshire-based Level Best’s specialist industrial concrete flooring services. The latest innovative laser screed concrete flooring technology will be transported to site to ensure these high tolerances are met.
The 60,000 square foot facility, speculatively built to provide additional industrial warehousing space to the Somerset region, will be cast over six consecutive concrete flooring pouring days utilising the latest industrial techniques.
