Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring, the UK’s most specialist and versatile medium-sized specialist flooring contractor, has continued the company’s recent influx of North-East of England projects with a new project on behalf of a repeat customer on Teesside Industrial Estate located in Stockton-on-Tees.
All steel armoured joint installation and steel plate column isolation and anti-crack detailing was pre-set by Level Best in Stockton-on-Tees prior to the high-tolerance slab installation works. Level Best Concrete Flooring utilised large area flood pour laser screed installation methods to level and compact the ready-mixed concrete arriving from a local Teesside batching plant. This method involves a progressive “just in time” installation process installing the polythene membrane and steel fabric mesh on a progressive basis just in front of the boom laser screed operation.
Level Best will be returning to Teesside Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees to complete the second visit involved as part of this speculative industrial development.
