Level Best Concrete Flooring has designed and constructed this new warehouse concrete floor on behalf of a national logistics operator located at Vector Park, Rotherham in South Yorkshire.
The total area of just less than 3,000m2 was installed over just two days with Level Best choosing to use their Somero laser screed with Ligchine laser screed as an emergency back up machine.
The initial sub base levelling and floor preparation was carried out by using Level Best’s laser controlled sub base levelling Bobcat machine and skilled operatives. A permanent floor joint was installed between the two concrete floor pours to provide a long lasting floor joint for the client and end user.
Once the 170mm deep concrete floor had been powerfloated and polished by the concreting team, the floor joint installers saw cut and sealed the floor joints the following day to complete the seamless operations and leaving a high quality industrial concrete floor slab in Rotherham.
