Level Best Concrete Flooring have recently completed the full supply and installation of a brand new concrete floor slab on the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The total floor area of 30,000 square foot was installed over two consecutive concrete pour installation days utilising modern laser screed technology. A full powerfloat surface finish was provided in Rotherham, South Yorkshire with a curing and sealing agent applied to the surface for enhanced performance, reduced crazing and shrinkage control.
Sawn induced contraction joints were installed into the slab and instantly sealed utilising Level Best’s instant saw cut sealant system – a innovative solution designed to provide instant joint arris protection for the remaining construction period whilst the concrete is still “green” and post 12 months following slab construction. The innovative solution also provides the usual joint sealant advantages.
Following the completion of this 30,000 square foot project on the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, Level Best will be mobilising to Doncaster and Hereford carrying out the installation of concrete flooring for more multi-unit speculative developments.
