This new speculative warehouse development in Basingstoke, Hampshire required Level Best Concrete Flooring to design and construct a new cast insitu concrete floor slab on behalf of the developer. The total floor area of 25,000 square feet was laid using the Somero SXP laser screed with back up machine on standby. Level Best designed the floor slab to withstand the potential rack leg loading of a prospective incoming tenant and located the floor joints to allow easy racking installation. The floor joints on this new warehouse floor in Basingstoke were sealed using the specialist joint sealant that the industrial concrete flooring contractors supply and install on every floor they carry out.
