Level Best Concrete Flooring has been awarded the design and construction of these two new speculative warehouses currently being constructed on site in Tipton in the West Midlands. The contract award for the cast instu concrete floor slabs which total 20,000m2 in size begins for the industrial concrete flooring contractors in August and runs through to the end of September 2023. Level Best will be completing the final layer of sub base with their own laser controlled sub base leveller and then the laser screed concrete flooring machines will be installing the 185mm and 200mm deep concrete floor slabs.
