This new speculative warehouse development in Clay Cross Chesterfield required high tolerance industrial concrete floor slabs to be designed and installed in each industrial unit. Level Best Concrete Flooring was contracted to design and install the concrete floor slabs over a three month period carrying out multiple visits to site. Level Best was selected for these particular works package due to the fact they have both skills and capacity to be flexible enough with their programme to be able to slot the various different programme dates into their own busy construction planner. The industrial concrete flooring contractors also carry enough laser screeding and powerfloating equipment to co ordinate multiple visits on one project.
Due to the weather delaying the project on a number of occasions Level Best had to alter the ongoing programme to suit the dates needed to ensure the project ran smoothly. The concrete flooring contractors managed this extremely professionally and the main contractors programme was kept on schedule. The quality throughout the concrete floor pours was maintained and snagging items dealt with speediantly.
