East Yorkshire based Level Best Concrete Flooring have secured a new project in Rotherham, South Yorkshire on behalf of a valued repeat client.
The works on the Advanced Manufacturing Park are due to commence in March 2024 and will involve the full supply and construction of 6,500m2 of high-tolerance industrial concrete flooring.
Level Best will be installing the warehouse floors in South Yorkshire utilising modern large bay (flood pour) construction techniques with one of their laser-guided laser screed concrete placement, levelling, and compacting machines. This type of machine ensures the high-tolerances are consistently met on an economic large-scale basis.
The laser screed technology ensures the specified TR34 Free Movement tolerances are achieved providing a suitable warehouse floor working platform for the incoming logistics tenant. The FM2 tolerance also provides good flexibility for the future use and letting of the unit.
