The first phase of works of this Rotherham, South Yorkshire 70,000 square feet industrial warehouse development has been completed by Level Best Concrete Flooring.
A short mobilisation from East Yorkshire enabled Level Best to work in conjunction with the main contractor’s fit-out requirements installing the undercroft office and main warehouse panels ahead of the regular programme. The flexibility shown by Level Best enabled office fit-out works and the erection of a large mezzanine structure whilst the rest of the building ‘envelope’ works were completed in South Yorkshire
The final layer of subbase was regulated, levelled and compacted by Level Best prior to the laser screed slab placing and full power float surface finishing operations taking place. Slabs were installed to a FM2 surface tolerance utilising Level Best’s latest laser screed slab investment – a Somero SXP.
Level Best will be returning to Rotherham, South Yorkshire in July 2024 to complete the remainder of the industrial warehouse floor pours totalling 55,000 square feet.
