This 25 year old warehouse located in Leeds had both internal and external concrete floors beyond repair. Level Best Concrete Flooring was contracted to design and install the internal and external floor slabs to this warehouse in Leeds in order for the landlord to re let the units to new tenants. Level Best removed the existing concrete floors in Leeds and crushed the material off site to be re used as hard-core sub base on another project local to the site. The material was crushed to 6F5 recycled material and certificated accordingly.
Level Best installed the internal floor over a 2 day casting period once the sub base had been laid and levelled eith laser controlled machinery. The finish to the surface if the slabs was enhanced with curing membranes which leave the surface toughened and resistant to abrasion.
