New Speculative Warehouse Scheme Secured in Lincolnshire

Level Best Concrete Flooring has secured a major new speculative warehouse development in Stallingborough, North East Lincolnshire. The Goole-based contractor continues to strengthen its position as a leading industrial concrete flooring specialist across the Humber region.

The project forms part of the wider investment initiative, a government-backed programme designed to stimulate economic growth across the Humber region. The initiative covers key locations, creating new opportunities for logistics, warehousing and industrial expansion.

This speculative warehouse scheme represents a significant investment in North East Lincolnshire’s industrial infrastructure.

Due to poor ground conditions in close proximity to the Humber Estuary, the site will be pile supported to ensure long-term structural stability. Level Best will deliver a full design, supply and install package for the internal warehouse floor works, providing a complete turnkey solution for the developer.

The internal warehouse slabs will be constructed using steel fibre reinforced concrete with a dry shake surface topping, creating a high-strength, abrasion-resistant finish suitable for heavy-duty industrial and logistics operations.

Three new speculative units will be installed using precision laser screed technology to achieve high flatness tolerances and consistent slab quality. Floors will also incorporate steel armoured daywork joint systems, designed to provide long-term durability and protection in high-traffic environments.

This latest award follows the successful completion of a new 100,000 square foot industrial concrete floor in , further demonstrating Level Best’s capability to deliver large-scale warehouse flooring projects across Lincolnshire and the Humber region.

Level Best continues to play a key role in supporting industrial growth through high-performance concrete flooring solutions. To find out more about Level Best, please get in touch with our team today via our contact page.
