Level Best Concrete Flooring has recently installed this high tolerance warehouse industrial concrete floor slab for a new client located at Barr Hill Business Park in Cambridge. The floor was designed and installed by Level Best and carried out over an 8 day period from initial sub base levelling to the final sawn induced control joint.
With concrete supplied by the local batching plant, Level Best utilised one of their 6 laser screed concrete flooring machines to achieve the flatness tolerance required as per TR34 2023 edition. The powerfloating of the concrete took place throughout the night with the experienced Level Best finishing team taking control of the concrete slab and providing the client with a beautiful polished finish to the concrete surface. Once the sawn induced contraction joints were installed by the “in house” saw cutting team from Level Best the joints were subsequently sealed using the Instant Seal joint sealant product.
