Level Best carry out concrete floor repairs to an extremely busy distribution centre in Bedford during the Christmas shutdown period

There were only two days in the entire year that Level Best could carry out repairs in certain areas of this large distribution centre in Bedford. On the 27th and 28th December 2017 Level Best was feeling the pressure as there concrete floor repair team had only 2 consecutive days as the window of opportunity to be able to carry out the necessary maintenance concrete repair work at Bedford. With the worst of the weather in the Bedford and Midlands area of the country at the time, it was an achievement to actually arrive safely to the site, never mind carry out the concrete yard repairs. The repair team had to work around the clock in the freezing temperatures. Concrete Floor Repair expert and Aftercare Manager for Level Best Mr Billy Hilyard didn’t moan about the cold weather and snow on the slabs for more than 12 hours a day. He did however manage to complete the repair works in the allotted times, which is a credit to his dedication to finish the concrete repair job on behalf of the valued client of Level Best.

High strength tried and tested resins manufactured by Sika were used to carry out the external concrete yard repairs. A number of vans were also used to ensure that more than enough equipment was provided to assist Billy in completing the repairs in line with the schedule.
