Food factory concrete flooring, Burton On Trent

This food factory extension in Burton On Trent, required new cast insitu concrete floor slabs to be installed to the most precise standards to increase efficiencies within the new factory. Level Best Concrete Flooring the concrete flooring specialists from Yorkshire created the numerous different falls within the factory, in the concrete itself instead of the falls being within the resin coating, which was the original intention. By having the abilities and skills to be able to carry out this concrete flooring process, Level best reduced the construction programme time by weeks due to curing times and reducing the number of trades required. The falls were extremely intricate and the industrial concrete flooring contractors utilised a stainless steel construction joint to assist them during the floor slab casting process. Large areas of concrete floor were poured each day, which vastly improved programme schedules for the client. Level Best used both of their concrete finishing teams to powerfloat the floors to ensure quality was maintained throughout.
