Level Best Concrete Flooring, the laser screed concrete flooring specialists from East-Yorkshire, have installed over 4,000m² of industrial concrete floor slab for a high-profile film industry client in Dagenham, East London.
The concrete floor slab comprised of anti-crack column isolations, polythene anti-slip membrane, concrete spacers, 1-layer of A252 steel fabric reinforcing mesh, protective steel joint at doorways, C40 ready-mixed concrete, dust-proofing curing agent, steel armoured day joint and sawn free movement joints.
Over 600m³ of ready-mixed concrete was delivered from Express Concrete’s Wimbledon batching plant over 3 days. The concrete was compacted and levelled utilising the Ligchine laser screed and finished with ride-on Wacker Neuson powerfloats.
