Level Best achieve high-tolerance FM1 surface regularity floor class

Level Best Concrete Flooring, the industrial concrete flooring specialists from Yorkshire, has comfortably achieved an FM1 surface regularity floor class as per The Concrete Society’s Technical Report 34 4th Edition on this contract in Royston, Hertfordshire.

Level Best’s Slab Preparation, Installation and Power Trowelling Teams utilise the very latest technological innovative concrete floor laying and finishing machines – including the Bobcat T-650 laser-guided subbase leveller, Somero SXP laser screed and Multiquip 48-inch ride-on power trowels – to ensure that high-tolerances are consistently achieved on all contracts.

Contracts Director Luke Morrow commented “Accurate slab preparation teamed with a consistent, specific and meticulous concrete flooring gang being managed closely by experienced working and non-working supervisors ensures FM1 floor tolerances will be met by Level Best on a regular basis.”
