Following the successful securement of the design and build of a pile-supported steel fibre reinforced ‘jointless’ concrete floor slab for a Lincolnshire-based major timber importer, Level Best Concrete Flooring have secured another pile-supported ‘jointless’ industrial concrete flooring contract in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Level Best are due to commence onsite in early March 2021 to install a fully-restrained joint floor slab as part of a speculative industrial development to cater for the current spike in demand for high-quality industrial warehouse and distribution units throughout Lincolnshire.
Scope of works includes; gas membrane installation to CS2 requirements, loose steel rebar and A393 mesh, column isolation and steel armoured construction joint installation and a 300mm deep concrete floor slab including a powerfloat surface finish.
