Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring have recently completed the full design, supply ad installation of 20,000 sq ft of industrial cocnrete flooring on Newton Aycliffe Industrial Estate, County Durham.
Level Best worked closely with the incoming tenant, client, and design engineer to design and specify the correct slab specification.
Works started in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham with the final regulating trimming and closing of the subbase prior to the steel joint insulation and column detailing. The slabs were then installed utilising the laser screed machinery below and power trowel technology. Sawn induced joints were installed into the sealed and finished slab and instantly sealed by Level Best.
The completion of this project in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham is the first Level Best have completed for the client’s North-East division with hopefully many more to come.
