Goole-based Level Best Concrete Flooring has successfully completed another major concrete flooring project in South Yorkshire, delivering a high-performance industrial floor solution in Rotherham.
The latest contract involved a two-day laser screed concrete pour, designed to achieve exceptional accuracy and long-term durability for future warehouse operations. The slabs were installed to TR34 4th Edition FM2 tolerance, ensuring the floor is suitable for future tenant occupation, warehouse racking systems and industrial use.
To maximise performance and longevity, steel profile armoured construction joints were installed throughout the slab. This provides increased resistance to impact and wear in high-traffic warehouse environments, helping reduce maintenance requirements over time.
The project was completed with a full powerfloat closed and polished finish, creating a durable, smooth and hard-wearing concrete floor ideal for logistics and distribution facilities in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
