Working on behalf of a new Norfolk-based client with projects across the region, our experienced team installed a durable concrete slab designed to meet the demands of a busy commercial environment. The project began with the careful preparation of the slab and installation of steel fabric mesh reinforcement, ensuring the floor had the strength and stability required for long-term performance.
To achieve the exceptional levels of accuracy expected on modern commercial developments, our team utilised our smaller, highly manoeuvrable laser screed. Its compact design allowed us to work efficiently over the pre-set reinforcement mesh, producing a consistently level slab while maintaining productivity throughout the pour.
Once placed, the concrete was expertly compacted, laser screeded and finished with a full powerfloat polish before being sealed to provide a durable, hard-wearing surface ready for the next stage of the development.
All works were completed in full accordance with TR34 guidelines, giving our client confidence that the finished floor met recognised industry standards for quality, flatness and performance.
