Level Best Concrete Flooring has completed a new industrial concrete floor installation and specialist polishing project at Fradley Park in Lichfield, Staffordshire, for Roxane UK and Aqua Pure Water.
The project involved installing a new 250mm-deep, steel fibre reinforced concrete slab within an existing warehouse. Using advanced laser technology, the team achieved the required floor levels and flatness, creating a consistent, high-quality surface designed to meet the demands of an industrial environment.
Following installation and finishing, Level Best returned to site to complete the polishing works using its specialist Reno Flor 6 system.
The process included applying a concrete densifier to improve abrasion and impact resistance, followed by a hard-wearing sealer to minimise dust and make routine cleaning and maintenance easier. The result is a durable, polished concrete floor with a clean, reflective finish.
