The clients and surveyors warehouse dilapidation process is now complete and Level Best has been contracted to carry out another exciting warehouse floor refurbishment project in Stafford on behalf of another major blue chip developer an building owner. Construction programmes are as tight as always as the building owner seeks to re let the industrial unit of 11,000m2 as soon as possible. The industrial concrete flooring contractors commence on site with the initial floor preparatory works on the 18th December 2017 and the concrete flooring teams will be working right the way through the Christmas period to ensure programme deadlines are met for the client.
