Level Best Concrete Flooring delivered a steel fibre reinforced, pile-supported suspended concrete floor for a speculative industrial development within the Humber Freeport. Project Highlights • Designed to overcome challenging ground conditions using traditional driven piles. • Engineered a steel fibre reinforced suspended slab to meet the projects structural requirements. • Steel fibre reinforced reduced construction time and improved overall programme efficiency. • Applied a dry-shake surface hardener to suppress exposed fibres and create a durable, high-performance industrial floor. Project Outcome The success of the first phase led to Level Best being appointed to complete the remaining two units, demonstrating the company's expertise in delivering specialist concrete flooring solutions across Lincolnshire and the Humber region.
